Willow was very excited to have her friend Tara here because it was Tara and because she got her more than even Buffy did. Willow assumed it was the magical background and the same interests in books and other geekery things. What she felt bad about, even though it hadn't happened to her yet was that she didn't feel for Tara what Tara felt for her. Being with Legolas she wasn't even sure that she would. Did the time lines change or would this be a memory wipe when she left. A feeling like a dream. Willow wasn't sure that she liked any answer and that Tara was going to be hurt in the end.

She left Tara with their kitty and a promise to see her again. Her palms were sweating a little bit thinking about telling Legolas. Willow knew that he'd be good about it. It wasn't like Oz showed up though for Tara it would be. She was still nervous about revealing this to him.

There was an internal debate about should she leave to see if he was still at the Botanical Center or go to their room. Willow paused outside their door for a moment, until decision made she opened it. She figured she could fortify herself with some coffee or tea before she went searching if he wasn't there.

A confliction of happy and scared slid through her when she saw he was home. "Hey." Willow smiled trying to hide her nerves totally forgetting that he could feel her emotions through the bond. "Have you been here long?"
